Project management is the discipline of management that pertains to planning, organizing, executing as well as implementing and monitoring a specific project. In general management terms, project management is usually involved in event management and product development, however the manufacturing as well as the service based industries use project management for the launch of the products. The project are different form operations and processes as they have a specific start and end date and have the characteristic of being finite. The main objective of any project management and the project team pertains to the optimization of the resources to better achieve and attain the objectives and the goals of the project. The management therefore in the filed of project management is limited by scope.
