The analysis of the data collected revealed that the sons of the entrepreneurs displayed high levels of achievement inspirations regardless of the society or social class there in while the sons of non entrepreneurs displayed low levels of success inspirations in spite of their social class or society.
Various studies carried out reveal that the father’s profession encounterances play a great role in the family’s socialization process through the acquired set of value. The profession that requires independent, extensive decision making and aggressiveness leads to the parents acquiring this values that they conversely pass to their children in training. On the other hand, the father’s who are frustrated and lack self reliance similarly becomes more aggressive to the family and becomes more possessive. Therefore, some father profession experiences especially in entrepreneurship leads to enhancement of the achievement motivations necessary for their sons’ success.
